Great place! The portions are generous, the ice cream is delicious, and they have tons of flavors. The employees are also really friendly and nice. Definitely stop by! The only thing I ask - can we have some vegan flavors? When all the kids are getting ice cream and one can only have an ice, it's not the same. Even just a vegan vanilla would be awesome.

A sweet experience for the whole family! 🍦 This ice cream shop was the perfect stop before spending a fun day at Kensico Dam Plaza. My kids absolutely loved the fruity flavor ice cream options, and the ability to add protein powder was such a creative touch. It turned a simple treat into a fun β€œwow” experience that the kids really enjoyed. The outdoor seating area was bright, welcoming, and a great place to relax while enjoying our desserts. The ladies behind the counter were wonderful and very patient, friendly, and attentive as the kids took their time deciding exactly what they wanted. Overall, this is a great family-friendly spot with delicious treats, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a place we will visit again for a sweet start to our adventures! 🍨✨

Stopped by here for the first time and waited on a pretty long line, only to be met with a rude attitude from the lady at the front. I asked if I could sample one of their flavors since it was something I’ve never seen at any ice cream shop before and wanted to make sure I liked it before ordering. She responded, β€œNo, we don’t do samples,” in a very dismissive and unfriendly way, which honestly turned me off immediately. I’ve never been to an ice cream shop that refuses samples, especially when offering such a wide variety of unique flavors. My husband still decided to order the blueberry cheesecake and he ended up not liking it and it ended up in the trash…. that could have easily been avoided if sampling was allowed. As for me, I chose not to order at all, and I’m glad I stuck to that decision. Overall, the experience was disappointing not because of the ice cream, but because of the customer service.

Yesterday I ordered a banana split and a mixed fruit crepe. When we opened the box, there was no banana in the banana split, which was disappointing. I called the shop to inform them, and they acknowledged the issue. The crepe tasted alright, but it seemed like the powdered sugar was either melted or used very sparingly. Overall, I didn’t expect this level of quality for $37 for just two items. I’d recommend double-checking your order before leaving.
